FIELD: solar-energy engineering; heating water and other agents in heating and heat supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed solar energy concentrator has truncated cone at acute aperture angle directed towards received solar radiation and absorber-converter connected to its truncated part and provided with circular closed reservoirs located concentrically relative to axis of truncated cone; they are interconnected by means of pipe lines; extreme circular closed reservoir is provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes. On other side, absorber-converter is closed with flat reservoir which is connected to inlet and outlet branch pipes by means of connecting branch pipes. Inlet part of absorber-converter is closed with transparent coat on side of truncated cone; entire outer surface is coated with heat-insulating material; all cavities of absorber-converter may be filled with heat-transfer agent.
EFFECT: increased utilization of solar energy.
