FIELD: conversion of solar energy into electric energy. SUBSTANCE: solar generator has heat-absorber formed as hollow truncated spherical sector with isolated emitters positioned on inner surface of spherical part. Heat-carrier flows over outer surface of sector from its peripheral portions to center. Heat-absorbing surface of emitters is positioned on imaginary spherical part positioned concentrically with respect to spherical part of heat-absorber. Diameter ratio of sections of spherical surfaces of heat-absorber and emitters is ds.s/deΣ= 2-3, where ds.s is diameter of heat-absorber spherical surface section; deΣ is diameter of emitter spherical surface section. Inner cavity of heat-absorber is filled with neutral gas, for example argon, or is vacuumized. Heat-generator has optimum electric power loss, which may be due to removal of heat unconverted into electric energy, as well as optimum heat field of emitting surfaces of emitters. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for repairability requirements. 3 cl, 2 dwg
