FIELD: food engineering, in particular, dough forming equipment used in baking and confectionery industry.
SUBSTANCE: machine has conical drum mounted on frame for rotation around vertical axis, dough discharge chute and trough positioned so as to embrace drum along helical line and composed of joined parts. Each of said parts comprises base and trough section. Bases are positioned on tie-rods fixed on frame poles. Faceplates are disposed between bases and trough sections. Faceplates, bases and trough sections are made in the form of sectors of rings. Trough parts are arranged at different angles of lead. Tie-rods are adapted for rotation around axes of attachment pins on frame poles. Faceplates may be manufactured from polymer material, and surfaces of drum, trough and dough discharge chute may be furnished with polymer coating.
EFFECT: simplified construction of trough adjustment devices, simplified manufacture and mounting of trough members and reduced adhesiveness of machine working parts.
