FIELD: food engineering, in particular, dough forming machines used in process lines at enterprises of baking and confectionery industry.
SUBSTANCE: dough rounding machine has drum mounted on frame for rotation around vertical axis and trough composed of joined parts and positioned so as to embrace drum along helical line. Each of trough parts has wall and base, said bases being fixed on frame so as to adjoin drum and walls being arranged on bases so as to be moved relative to drum by means of tie-rods movably connecting walls with levers. Levers are rigidly secured on rods connected with one another for simultaneous rotation. Rods are interconnected by means of additional levers rigidly fixed thereon. Additional levers are interconnected by means of additional pivot tie-rods provided with at least one slide adapted for progressive motion.
EFFECT: simplified construction, wider operational capabilities and improved quality of processing of doughs.
