FIELD: manual devices for cleaning pipelines, drainage pipes, wash-bowl or bath drain holes.

SUBSTANCE: device has cap, resilient leaf valves for sucking and pumping liquid, peripheral orifices closed by leaf valves, handle and end seal to provide air-tightness between cap and drain hole of wash-bowl or bath. Device also has piston with rod arranged in cap and closure closing upper cap opening. Rod is pivotally connected with handle in central handle part. Handle end is attached to closure by double hinge. Cap has cylindrical walls. Cap bottom facing above drain hole includes said peripheral orifices and spout formed in its center and comprises leaf valve for liquid pumping.
