DEVICE FOR LUBRICATION OF CONTROL EQUIPMENT VALVES AT THE WELLHEAD Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E21B33/03 F16N11/10

Abstract RU 2752201 C1

FIELD: geological exploration and mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas production and exploration industries and is intended for injection of a plastic lubricant that seals and protects against corrosion the cavities of the valve bodies of fountain valves of wellhead oil and gas field equipment, including manifolds to them, as well as column heads. A device for lubricating the valves of control equipment at the wellhead is proposed, including a frame made of channels and equipped with an auxiliary platform and a receiving tank, an oil tank equipped with a flanged fitting, a pressure filter, suction and pressure hoses, a hydraulic panel with a pressure valve, two hydraulic valves with manual control and a pressure gauge, a pressure and working hydraulic cylinders connected to a single pressure multiplier unit, a high-pressure hose with a ball valve and a feeder for plastic lubrication. In this case, the feeder is made in the form of a vertically installed hollow cylindrical housing made of a casing pipe and the upper end of which is equipped with a collar and a rubber ring located in its annular groove and is equipped with a lid and folding bolts with nuts pivotally mounted on the axes in the eyes located on the outer wall of the housing and in the radially directed open grooves of the lid, made along its perimeter, protruding beyond the size of the collar of the feeder housing. The top of the lid is equipped with two diametrically positioned eyelets, and the lower end of the lid, adjacent to the upper end of the feeder body, is equipped with a centering collar with an inlet chamfer and the diameter of the collar corresponding to the inner diameter of the feeder body with a guaranteed gap. Inside the feeder housing, in its lower part, there is a piston for displacing grease and a hydraulic cylinder, the rod of which is connected by means of a finger to the eyelets placed on the lower end of the piston, and the cap nut securing the rod cover of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the wall of the feeder housing by means of two fingers diametrically and coaxially placed in the holes of the wall of the feeder housing and welded bosses of the cap nut. The frame for placing the oil tank is equipped with longitudinal jumpers in its middle part and transverse jumpers between the longitudinal bridge and the front channel of the frame closer to its left end, and for placing the vertically installed feeder body, with a hydraulic cylinder placed in its lower part, it is installed at the corners on the racks made of pipes and rigidly fastened in the middle part with longitudinal and transverse jumpers, and is equipped from above, closer to the right end of the frame, with a support frame on the racks made of pipes, rigidly fixed by front racks on the front channel of the frame, and the rear on its longitudinal jumper. The feeder piston is equipped with an indicator of the position of its upper end inside the feeder housing, which includes two rods vertically placed opposite each other on the inner and outer sides of the wall of the feeder housing. Moreover, the inner rod is placed in the guide housing by welding bonded to the inner wall of the feeder housing at the level of its lower end and the upper end equipped with a threaded hole is screwed onto the welded threaded boss of the lower end of the piston, and its lower end is fastened by means of a bar and screws to the lower end of the outer rod, made in the form of a metal rod and placed inside the shell of a tubular structure, fastened by welding to the outer wall of the feeder housing and equipped with a vertical groove and marks., denoting the upper position of the upper end of the piston inside the feeder housing when the hydraulic cylinder rod is extended and the lower position when the rod is retracted. Moreover, the upper end of the outer rod is located at the level of the upper end of the piston and is equipped with a pointer bar located in the groove of the shell of the tubular structure. In addition, the feeder is equipped with a mechanism for lifting and lowering the lid, sealing the top of the feeder body, with the possibility of removing the lid to the side after lifting it to load grease, which consists of a shaft with a threaded lower end, equipped with a collar above the threaded end and a sleeve covering it, the lower end mounted on the shaft collar, placed inside a cylindrical guide that covers them, vertically located outside the feeder body beyond the perimeter of its cover, bonded to it by welding with two jumpers of a tubular structure placed at its ends and equipped in the lower part with a threaded hole made in response to the thread of the lower end of the shaft, which is equipped with a limiting washer. In this case, the upper end of the shaft is equipped with a handle, and the upper part of the sleeve protruding from the cylindrical guide is equipped with two diverging tube-shaped bevels, rigidly fastened to it by welding linings and joint plates placed on top and bottom of the bevels, the free ends of which are connected to the two eyelets of the lid by means of fingers. In addition, in the pressure and working hydraulic cylinders connected to a single unit by screwing the sleeve of the pressure hydraulic cylinder with the rod cover of the working hydraulic cylinder, the piston of the pressure hydraulic cylinder on the one hand with its end face freely contacts the end of the rod of the working hydraulic cylinder, and on the other hand, by means of a T-shaped groove made on its end face, is freely connected to the counter T-shaped end of the pointer placed in the cover of the pressure hydraulic cylinder. On the cover of the hydraulic cylinder, a protective sleeve is additionally screwed, freely covering its pointer, on which a longitudinal groove is made and a measuring scale is applied, indicating at the end of the free end of the pointer the volume of the injected lubricant into the cavity of the valve body.

EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means for the lubrication of the valves of the control equipment with the convenience of mounting and dismantling the cover of the loading tank-feeder.
