SUBSTANCE: device has transporting base, post with stops in upper connection, moveable rotator with guides, on which corbels are made and control cylinders are fixed, connected by their rods to force support cylinders, which via fixing elements are connected to rotator guides via axes, placed perpendicularly to longitudinal axis of post and surface of guides, directed by their rods for interaction with stops of upper link of post and have opportunity o displacement relatively to rotator guides and output of rods beyond stops of upper link of post, drilling stand, hoisting winch, rope and rope blocks. Axes and elements surfaces mated thereto of force feeding cylinders are made conical. Rods of control cylinders are rotated in direction of stops of upper link for angle equal to half of slanting angle of conical surfaces.

EFFECT: higher productiveness.
