FIELD: auxiliary kitchen equipment with waste collector and connecting supporting means for plate washing, processing and washing of food products.

SUBSTANCE: grid having grid surface with air gaps is adapted for mounting onto sink bottom and equipped with lateral symmetrically arranged vacuum suckers and lower grid-collector arranged in parallel with grid surface. Area of grid surface is increased to side edges of sink. Grid surface is connected to lower grid-collector by means of poles or figured supporting members of 0.2-20 cm height. Air gaps of lower grid-collector are reduced as compared to air gaps of grid surface or may be equal thereto. Vacuum suckers are arranged laterally of sides in symmetry thereto. Grid surface is formed from metal materials of various types or metal-alloy materials, and has gaps. Poles or figured members are manufactured from plastic polymers, metal materials of various types or metal-alloy materials.

EFFECT: increased effective area of grid allowing cleanliness of processed product to be maintained, and provision for preventing drain openings from clogging.
