FIELD: auxiliary devices to be located in kitchen sinks and adapted to facilitate in washing of utensils and food products.
SUBSTANCE: screen has grid-like surface positioned above sink bottom and having air gaps and vacuum suckers arranged symmetrically at sides in lower part. Screen has lower screen-collector arranged in parallel with grid-like surface and having area enlarged to side edges of sink. Grid-like surface and lower screen-collector have 0.2 cm to 20 cm high supporting members. Grid-like surface has additional supports which are positioned onto sink upper surface. Grid-like surface has additional protective sides arranged perpendicular to grid-like surface. Retainers and handles for removal of grid-like surface are positioned on additional supports. Lower screen-collector may be repeatedly used or may be made in the form of disposable filter. Air gaps of grid-like surface are equal to or exceed air gaps of lower screen-collector.
EFFECT: improved stability of screen, provision for keeping of treated products in clean state and preventing drain openings from being choked.
