FIELD: compressed air purification filters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to purification of a compressed air, in particular, to purification from mists in different branches of a national economy, mainly at the large compressor stations with a significant daily consumption of a compressed air. The task of the offered invention is provision of uniformity of evaporation of the mass of the drip condensate in all the capillaries of the porous plate by a gradual increase of length of the capillaries from its center to the edges and an increased collection of the drip mass entered with an air flow at the expense of funnel-shaped form of the entrance points into the capillaries. The technical result is an improved design of the compressed air purification filter. The air filter contains: a cone-bottomed body with an aperture in its lower part; a perforated metal cylinder stretch-wrapped with a wire mesh with a filtering element connected with a union of outlet of the purified air and having a cone nozzle with radial grooves on its external surface; a union of inlet of the purified air made in the form of narrowing subsonic nozzles with curvilinear grooves on its inner surface and with metal gauzes located on the side of their inlet; a jacket with unions of inlet and outlet of a compressed air; mounted on the cover of the body spray jets for a compressed air blowing of the filtering element; a condensate taper located in an aperture of the bottom and a deflecting partition, on which there is a porous plate commensurable with its sizes. The porous partition is formed by the first and the second located on a course of incoming of the induced air draft butt surfaces with capillaries. At that the first butt surface has a form of a semi-ellipsoid of rotation, the center of a pit of which lays on the axis of the incoming induced air stream and the second butt surface is flat and connected to the deflecting partition and inlet openings of capillaries are funnel-shaped.
EFFECT: the invention ensures uniformity of evaporation of the mass of the drip condensate in all the capillaries of the porous plate and increased collection of the drip mass entered with a compressed air flow.
