FIELD: treatment plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of compressed air, especially from fog, in various industries, primarily, in large compressor stations with considerable daily consumption of compressed air. Air filter comprises housing with conical bottom, made with hole in lower part, perforated metal cylinder covered with wire mesh with filtration element connected with nozzle of cleaned air discharge and having conical nozzle with radial grooves on outer surface, purified air feed unions, made as narrowing subsonic nozzles with curvilinear grooves on inner surface and having side metal mesh on inlet, jacket with compressed air feed and discharge unions, injectors for blowing out filter element with compressed air installed on housing cover, condensate trap arranged in hole of bottom, and reflecting partition, equipped with porous plate. Filter is made in form of a resonator, wherein reflecting partition by means of hinge is movably fixed in upper part of filter housing to divide its inner space into chambers communicated with perforated metal cylinder and narrowing subsonic nozzle. Condensate trap through lever is connected with reflecting partition by means of rigidly connected rods. At that, surface of reflecting partition of porous plate on side of purified air inlet and inner surface of pores of plate are covered with nano material, made in form of glass-like film.
EFFECT: technical result is elimination of corrosion damage of porous plate on reflecting partition.
