FIELD: preliminary processing of dry diamond-containing ore directly on its deposit.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of a preliminary processing of dry diamond-containing ore directly on its deposit. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of the ore processing and maintenance of safety of crystalline raw materials in processes of disintegration. The complex contains: the mounted on the course of the production process run and bound to each other by the transportation vehicles a module of disintegration of initial ore, a module of grading of disintegrated initial ore and middlings, a module of disintegration of middlings, a module of grading of mesh minus, modules of concentration of large, mean and small-sized middlings made in the form of the X-ray-luminescent separators; vehicles of delivery of the produced concentrated middlings to a concentrating mill for the final development. The complex in addition has a module of a pneumatic grading of the small-sized middlings including a pneumatic grading device, a device of air delivery and a system of dust settling, and installed on an output of small-sized middlings of an module of grading of mesh-minus middlngs, the module of aspiration including a dust catching apparatus and a system of pneumatic pipelines, and a module of concentration of the small-sized middlings. The module of disintegration of the middlings contains a conical inertial crusher with an oscillations amplitude limiter of the movable cone, providing a value of the release slot of no less than the maximum coarseness of the diamonds contained in the initial ore, and with a controlled value of a static moment of an unbalance. On outputs of the large and middle-sized middlings of the module of grading of mesh-minus middling there are modules of concentration of large and middle-sized middlings, and the module of disintegration of the middlings is installed on outputs of the top-size middlings of the module of grading of disintegrated initial ore and the tail middlings of the module of concentration of the large-size middlings, joint among themselves in a closed circuit. The tail product of the dust settling system is directed to a waste pile together with the tail products of the modules of concentration of the middle and small-sized middlings.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased efficiency of the ore processing and maintenance of safety of crystalline raw materials in processes of disintegration.
