FIELD: benefication of minerals, in particular processing of quartz-vein type auriferous ores in small deposits and ore-bearing sites.
SUBSTANCE: mobile modular complex comprises ore preparation and contraction module including bar screen for preliminary ore screening, two-rotor inertial crusher operating in additional crushing mode of 350+100 mm class, combined percussion crusher for fine crushing, centrifugal counteraction impact-type grinder for main grinding stage, and gravitational benefication module including centrifugal "Knelson" type separators connected with each other in accordance with processing pattern and equipped with hydraulic spiral classifier and grinder. Gravitational benefication module comprises main benefication module including hydraulic classifier allowing three kinds of separation products to be obtained along 5 mm and 0.5 mm boundary, centrifugal "Knelson" type separator for benefication of small-sized classes, jigging machine for benefication of average-sized class of -5+0.5 mm and separating +5 mm sized class, as well as control benefication module consisting of centrifugal "Knelson" type separator connected according to processing pattern with hydraulic classifier and spherical mill for providing additional benefication cycle after additional opening of gold by additional grinding of granular +5 mm products and tailings of main benefication module, wherein discharge of end tailing products is performed during emptying of classifier.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in extracting gold into gravitational concentrate and reprocessing of small-scale auriferous ore deposits.
