FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines and their blades.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cooled blade of turbine has suction face, blade pressure surface and ribbed leading edge. Leading edge ribbing is extended to transfer zones between ends of leading edge section and beginning of suction face and blade pressure surface sections. Profile of formed rib has two surfaces, one of which is inner surface of leading edge with adjoining zones of suction face and blade pressure surface. Other surface of formed rib is surface connecting initial sections of suction face, and blade pressure surface or suction face and rib found on blade pressure surface, or blade pressure surface and rib found of suction face.
EFFECT: possibility to reduce temperature of turbine blade at constant rate of cooling air, reduced stress in blade aerofoil portion and improved reliability of blade in operation.
