FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cooled blade of, mainly, high-temperature gas turbines comprises shell and inserts made from heat-resistant material that stay in contact with shel inner walls. Inserts have developed ribbed cooling surface. Heat-resistance shell outer surface is coated with protective low-heat conductivity layer. High-heat conductivity inserts are arranged to make cooling channels. Insert thickness varies from 0.2 to 0.4 mm. Length of ribs varies from 2 to 10 mm. Thickness of ribs varies from 0.2 to 0.5 mm while channel width varies from 0.6 to 1 mm.
EFFECT: high-efficiency cooling, longer life.
