FIELD: electrical engineering; switching electric circuits in radio engineering, automatic control, and telemechanics.
SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic system of proposed relay designed for operation at high frequency of up to 100 Hz and higher and up to 109 operations incorporates provision for complete separation of controlling and polarizing magnetic fluxes due to dispensing with common magnetic core which makes it possible to reduce loss and size of relay. To this end relay is provided with newly introduced second core carrying control coil and its permanent-magnet armature is made in the form of overhanging lever incorporating spring with insulating plate and rigidly joined for displacement between cores and control coils; mentioned insulating plate mounts at least one contact strip on one or both ends with contact assembly secured opposite this strip; permanent magnet is disposed on insulating plate; wound cores are disposed on base in a spaced relation to the latter.
EFFECT: enhanced operating frequency and number of operations; enhanced reliability; simplified design; facilitated manufacture.
