FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has transformer having one of secondary windings between power transistor key emitter and base and the second one to its output circuit, control transistor having the first output of the primary transformer winding connected to its collector, the second output being connected to power supply source via auxiliary transistor by-passed with limiting resistor, auxiliary transistor base is connected to control transistor collector via limiting resistor. Capacitor is connected in parallel to the limiting resistor to accelerate charge resorption time in power transistor key base. Auxiliary transistor base-emitter transition path is by-passed with subtractive polarity diode restricting locking voltage.
EFFECT: increased switching capacity of and adjustment rate of power transistor key pulses on-off time ratio; reduced operation mode temperature dependence.
