FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device for control over power transistor key has pause transistor shunted with first differentiating forcing key which are controlled with transistor of source of controlling pulses and connect source of bias through control transformer to base-emitter circuit of power transistor key during pause interval. It includes transistor key shunted with second differentiating forcing key which are controlled with controlling transistor and connected source of power supply through control transformer to base-emitter circuit of power transistor key during pulse interval. Device also has circuit of formation of trajectory of switching off of power transistor key controlled with clearing transistor with regeneration of energy into storage with isolation through clearing transformer. Current feedback winding of supplementary control transformer is placed in circuit of secondary winding of clearing transformer to control clearing transistor. Primary winding of transformer is connected for short duration at start of pulse interval with second forcing key to source of bias and second and third supplementary transistors ensure function of selective (within limits of corresponding pause) noise suppression both in circuit of control over power transistor key and in circuit of control over clearing transistor.
