FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for lubrication of rails installed on running vehicles. Proposed device contains reservoirs, connecting pipelines, shutoff, safety and regulating valves, safety and control devices and lubricator. Reservoirs are made in form of hemispheres divided by diaphragm into two spaces with lubricating material and compressed air delivered through controlled pressure regulator. Reservoirs are furnished with safety valves operating under action of diaphragm. Valves are made in form of plates-hemispheres with through holes and are secured on axle for axial displacement in housing to overlap space arranged under plate-hemisphere. Valves to take off lubricating material are connected in pairs between reservoirs in cress cross manner by means of pipelines. Lubricator is made in form of housing with piston connected with pneumatic drive and moving flexible elastic element with through channel to deliver lubricating material to surface to be lubricated, and guide sleeve and check valve.
EFFECT: improved reliability of device.
