FIELD: glass industry; equipment for production of glass containers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the equipment for production of glass containers, in particular, to a sectional machine containing specified sections. The technical result is creation of a mold, which can be used with a multipurpose insert. For this purpose the carrier of the mold contains an insert having a boss located in the top center and a front-face surface. The insert also has a round facing upward bead on each side of the boss. At that the outer surface of the bead forms the upper part of the front-face surface, and the inside surface of the bead forms a front wall of corresponding round segments of a groove. The semi-mold contains a part with an attaching diameter, which can have a size laying within the limits of the predetermined dimensional range making it possible to place inserts near to the round front-face surface close to the boss, and a two-segmental round flange directed outward from the part with the attaching diameter so that it was possible to place on each side of the boss. Each of the round segments of the flange contains a directed downward round segment of a jaw intended for location in the corresponding round segment of the groove of the insert. A round open from below segment of a groove located near to a round directed downward jaw is intended for placement correspondingly one from the directed upward beads, and connectors located near to the part of attaching diameter are directed outside the part of attaching diameter to form an inner wall of each of the round open from below segments of a groove. The connector has a size, which in succession increases in accordance with increasing of a space between it and the boss and which is in inverse ratio in respect to the size of the part with attaching diameter.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a creation of a mold, which can be used with a multipurpose insert.
