FIELD: adjustment of standardized parameters of resistors.
SUBSTANCE: device has code-controlled voltage divider made on the base of R-2R resistive array, binary counter, pulse generator, zero-organ. Resistor to be measured is switched in parallel to code-controlled resistive array to one of arms of bridge. Pulse generator generates pulses which come to input of binary counter. Resistance of resistive array is preset in accordance with code at output of binary counter. When bridge gets the equilibrium the digital code is memorized which code corresponds to resistance of resistor to be measured. Then that resistor is substituted with resistor having reference resistance and digital code is defined again to correspond to balance of bridge.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
