FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: resistor to be measured is connected in series with code-controlled R-R2 resistive array to one of arms of bridge. Digital signal changing in time is applied to one of control buses. Digital code is memorized when bridge reaches equilibrium state. The resistor to be measured is substituted with resistor having reference resistance and the process of finding of digital code corresponding to bridge balance is repeated. Difference in digital codes determines necessary influence onto adjusting tool. Bridge can be easily brought to balance when using serial members.
EFFECT: high precision of measurement; high sensitivity; equiphase error compensation; widened range of values to be measured.
