SUBSTANCE: proposed device that can be used in electromagnetic operating mechanisms of automatic and manual control devices supplied with boost voltage from dc and ac sources, including switching devices (relays, contactors, magnetic starters, and the like) has power terminals, single-phase diode bridge rectifier, breaking contact, electromagnet coil, series circuit set up of other coil and first diode, series-connected capacitor, and second diode connected in parallel with breaking contact; second diode is cumulatively connected to first diode and inserted between other coil lead not coupled with first diode and point of connection between breaking contact and electromagnet coil.
EFFECT: enhanced service life of breaking contact.
