FIELD: electrical engineering; forced supply to electromagnetic drives of automation, control, and switching devices through built-in rectifier.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electromagnetic drive has power terminals, two windings, two forcing contacts, series-connected unidirectional isolating diodes, two diode circuits set up of two diodes connected in series unidirectionally and opposingly, respectively. Common point of diodes of first circuit is connected to second power terminal and its two other leads are connected to first winding. Two like-polarity electrodes of second-circuit diodes are connected to power terminals and common point of these diodes, unidirectional with isolating diodes, is connected to second winding; the latter is connected through isolating diodes to first winding. First forcing contact is inserted between windings and second one, between common point of isolating diodes and power terminal.
EFFECT: reduced size, enlarged design capabilities.
