FIELD: high-speed transport.

SUBSTANCE: body has straight rotor of linear electric motor. Stator is installed on supports and it furnished with superpermanent magnets, superelectromagnets and perelectromagnet winding cooled by liquid helium. Superpermanent magnets and superelectromagnets are installed outside in lower part of body. Compressed air service pipe with automatically controlled valve and system of air ducts and compressed air receiver are provided. Supports have trough-shaped upper parts in which air ducts system is ramified. Compressed air receiver is installed by ends on two adjacent supports at level of their trough-shaped parts and is made in form of spatial tubular truss with holes in chords at placed on connection of tubular struts. Butt joints are sealed by electric arc welding. Wind power generating plant installed from below relative to tubular truss includes box beam, support table, generator vertically installed on support table on flanges and furnished with pulley for V-belt drive from below, rotor installed on vertical axle secured from below in middle of box beam and furnished with pulley of size exceeding that of generator arranged at the same level and connected with generator pulley by V-belts. Rotor is made up of pipes and it has at least two flanges on shaft on which pipes of equal length reinforced by ring made of sheet, pipe or strip are radially secured through equal angles. Balance weight with eye plate and cylindrical spring are fitted for movement on radial pipe. Eye plate with double eye and adjustable locknut is secured on threaded end of pipe. Wind vane of cylindrical surface is hinge-connected on upper and lower eye plates by means of bolt pin. Said wind vane is reinforced from top and bottom by segments provided with holes on axis of symmetry near chord. Two additional holes are made on lower segments along chord and at two sides from first hole. Vane is fastened through middle hole, and tie-rod is hinge-connected to vane through one of side holes. From other side, tie-rod is connected to eye plate on balance weight.

EFFECT: ecologically clean transport system independent from state power system.
