SUBSTANCE: device has hollow collapsible body, between portions of which a wall with axial channel and circulation aperture is mounted. Device has locking element, hollow cylindrical bushing place concentrically inside collapsible body, also provided is rod, mounted with possible axial displacement relatively to hollow cylindrical bushing via reciprocal-action spring. In upper portion hollow collapsible body has diffuser and saddle below it. In lower portion body is rigidly connected to transfer pipe and has longitudinal groove. Above the pipe, on outer surface of hollow collapsible body, an adjusting nut is with holder is mounted,. In axial channel of well a cone is placed, in which a locking element is positioned, made in form of hollow ball with counterweight ball inside it. Hollow cylindrical bushing is made with inner ring-shaped shelf in upper portion and rigidly connected to holder through longitudinal groove of hollow body and is mounted with possible axial displacement. Below inner ring-shaped shelf a washer is placed, rigidly connected to lower end of rod.
