FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to create rotor of Pelton-type hydraulic turbine, namely to assembling of said working wheel and to blade of such wheel and wheel equipped with such blades. Method includes preliminary fitting of blade in flange socket, blade being held by its outer surface part at edge of socket with provision of space between convex surface of outer radial part of blade and said edge; provision of hinge connection of blade on rim an/or on flange from inner side of blade; action onto outer radial part of blade by first calibrated force to bring it to edge; determination of distance between outer radial part and edge under action of said force; reducing the force; placing of wedge between outer radial part and edge, thickness of wedge being equal to distance between outer radial part and edge; action onto outer radial part of blade with second force to bring it to edge and keeping second force unchanged, value of second force being not less than value of first force.

EFFECT: prevention of fatigue loads and/or stresses of blades relative to rim or flanges.
