FIELD: manufacture of gas-turbine engines and other turbomachines. SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary grading of blades and interslot lugs on disc rim by mechanical properties and chemical composition. Final working is effected by grinding with subsequent automatic control over ground shaped lock and spline joints directly on machine with strain hardening (loss of strength) only of serviceable parts. Rotor and stator blades are ground from the same processing datum surfaces and measuring datum surfaces from one setting of article. Conjugated profile are worked within interval of operating temperatures and temperature stresses corresponding to values of preset parameters in article service. Deformation working is carried out with rotation of article rotor. The machine for embodiment of the claimed method has a device for fastening of worked articles in the form of cross connection and members for direction of lubricant-cooling. The machine has a device for automatic control over ground surfaces in the form of measuring heads from material transparent for laser radiation in the form of sapphire. Measuring heads have calibrated balls of different diameter. EFFECT: higher efficiency of turbomachine due to stabilization of clearances between machine members, reduced fuel consumption and improved ecological safety of functioning of turbomachines and operation of gas-turbine engines. 8 cl, 93 dwg, 3 tbl
