FIELD: technique of deposition of fine layer of different liquids on internal surfaces of cylindrical items.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of deposition of liquids on internal surfaces of cylindrical items, in particular pipes for formation of coatings and may find application in many branches of industry. The technical purpose of the offered device is to make it possible to control and to adjust the width of the coating, and also creation of a self-contained supply for the device with the liquid. The substance of the invention consists in the fact, that the device for deposition of a liquid on an internal surface of cylindrical items contains a feeding union, in series fixed on it a calibrating element and an elastic restraining element, which are forming a located between them cavity conjugated with an internal channel of the feeding union through holes made in it and located between the sections of the elements. The elastic element is made in the form of a hose adjacent by its free end to the calibrating element. The calibrating element is made rigid, for example out of a metal in the form of a mandrel, which apex is fixed in the lower part of the feeding union. On the external surface of the feeding union there are centering rollers mounted at an angle of 120° to each other in respect to the axis of symmetry of the device. Inside the feeding union there is a piston for batching of the liquid, and in the upper part of the feeding union a chamber with a compressed gas is installed. At that the chamber and the feeding union are supplied with the corresponding check valves. The technical result of the invention is provision of a capability to adjust the width of the coating, simplification of control over the device operation and filling of a depositing liquid.
EFFECT: the invention ensures adjustment of the coating width, simplification of control over the device operation and a filling of a depositing liquid.
