FIELD: chemical industry; oil-producing industry; natural gas industry; other industries; devices for deposition of the liquid on the internal surface of the cylindrical articles.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for deposition of the different liquids on the internal surface of the cylindrical articles, in particular, the pipes. The invention may be used in any branch of industry for creation of the coatings on the internal surface of the cylindrical articles. The technical problem of the tendered device is realization of the process of drying of the surface layer directly after its deposition on the internal surface of the pipeline. The presented problem is being solved due to the fact, that in the device used for deposition of the liquid on the internal surface of the cylindrical articles there is the triblet supplied with the hollow boom. One end of the boom is connected(to the tube transiting through the feeding union along its axis. Other blanked off end of the boom is connected to the cylindrical heater of radiation containing the body with two radial channels, the bushing, the washer and the source of heating disposed in the annular channel between the bushing and the body of the heater and communicating with the feeding line through the tube and the channels in the boom and the bushing. The body, the bushing and the washer of the heater of radiation are made out of the ceramics. The heating source is made in the form of the electric heater of the ohmic resistance with the electrical current supply by means of the wires, which have been laid in the channels of the tube, the boom and the bushing. The invention allows to exercise the process of drying of the surface coating layer directly after its deposition on the pipeline internal surface that increases efficiency of the installation operation at the expense of reduction of the duration of the coating layer readiness period.
EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of the process of drying of the pipeline internal surface coating layer directly after its deposition, that increases efficiency of the installation operation at the expense of reduction of the duration of the coating layer readiness period.
