FIELD: chemical industry; a method and a device of die-casting of thermoplastic materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a method and a device of die-casting of thermoplastic materials. The device contains a die-casting machine, a clamping block with the plates for a mold fastening and a connecting mechanism for connection of a separately standing clamping block with a die-casting machine. The clamping block has a movable plate and a flap hinged plate, which may be in the open and closed position regarding to the movable plate. The movable plate is capable to move in a horizontal direction in respect to the flap hinged plate being in a closed position. In the horizontal clamping block they fix the movable plate and the flap hinged plate with a possibility for its immovable fixation in respect to the movable plate. On a movable plate fix a base of the mold with a mold core or a mold pocket and a gate runner. On the flap hinged plate fix the other half of the mold with a mold pocket or a mold core. In the mold base place an encapsulated detail. The flap hinged plate is set in the closed position in respect to the mold base. Move the movable plate and bring the mold core or the mold pocket up to the mold pocket or the mold core of other part of the mold. A cavity of the mold fill in with the melt material fed into it through the gate runner of the mold base from the die-casting machine. The invention ensures a mild access to the mold, a possibility of its fast replacement with a minimum idle period of the die-casting machine.
