FIELD: mining industry, particularly construction devices for water or other fluid obtaining wells and devices used for well completion during well boring or repair to prevent sand withdrawal from poorly cemented or non-consolidated productive beds.

SUBSTANCE: method involves installing tool with filtering column in well bore; filling and flushing gravel filler, wherein flushing liquid is selectively fed through jet device so that formed jets are directed at an angle to filtering column axis. Above angle corresponds to friction slope of gravel filter. Tool for filtering well construction comprises filtering column with gravel filler and sump in which check valve is installed and flush pipe having blocking means and check valve. Flush pipe is detachable connected to sump. Tool is provided with jet device arranged between blocking means installed on body, which in turn is connected to flush pipe by upper part thereof and has radial channels.

EFFECT: optimal gravel distribution through the full filtering zone; increased reliability and fullness of drill cuttings removal and natural filtering forming.
