SUBSTANCE: double-layer warp knitted fabric has stitches of double-layer tricot columns of two thread systems, with stitches of both thread systems being arranged in every other row. In each stitch column, stitches of threads of different systems have single-side underlaps oriented in opposite directions.
EFFECT: wider range of novel kinds of double-layer warp fabric, low material usage and increased form stability of said fabric.
