SUBSTANCE: device has screw pump body, hydraulic anchor, including body, dies. Assemblage additionally has mechanical anchor, including body and extensible dies. In the body of hydraulic anchor a differential piston is positioned, mounted with possible interaction with extensible dies, mounted in slanted grooves of hydraulic anchor body, made in special shape. Hydraulic anchor body is rigidly connected to screw pump body, to lower portion of which mechanical anchor is connected by rigidly mounted sub with a stop. In the body of mechanical anchor, made with two grooves, a rotary shaft is positioned, on which eccentrics are placed in two levels, cams of which are mounted with possible interaction with two extensible dies, placed in two grooves of mechanical anchor body. Mechanical anchor is made with immoveable die, rigidly connected to its body.
