FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: arrangement consists of hollow mill-reamer fixed at drilling string, and of wedge-deflector suspended to mill-reamer on shearing element, also shearing element is equipped with device for fixing it in cased column; further, arrangement consists of hydro-mechanic attachment point with channels of working fluid supply into it, and of mechanic attachment point, swivel block and hollow flexible connection element connected between them. Internal axial through channels are made in the mechanic and hydro-mechanic attachment points and in a swivel block. A coaxial through channel is made in a ditch part of the wedge-deflector; a through pipeline is led into the coaxial through channel; the through pipeline facilitates hydraulic connection of cavity of the drilling string with internal space of the cased column of a well via a flow nozzle.
EFFECT: enhanced functionality at cutting openings.
