FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designing of compressor units of gas-turbine engine guide-vane assembly and it contains rotary vanes with cylindrical root and beads on roots installed in housing through bushing. Additional bushing is fitted on cylindrical root which is rigidly clamped between vane turning lever and head on vane. Vane turning lever is installed on end of cylindrical root on two flats with adjustable clearance over diameter. Bushing of housing and bushing of vane form friction pair where structure wears in operation, but cylindrical root of vane does not suffer from wear. Proposed device using two bushing increases service life of compressor and cuts down cost of repair. In case of wear bushings should be replaced which can be chosen to provided minimum friction coefficient. Fastening of lever by screw through two washers and provision of diametral clearance and use of adjusting ring provides play in rotating pack.
EFFECT: increased service life, reduced cost of repair.
