FIELD: valving.
SUBSTANCE: throttle device comprises housing with axial inlet and outlet. The housing receives central chamber and prechamber provided with sleeve valve gate and mechanism for moving the gate. The mechanism is made of rack and gear. There are passages for supplying and discharging cooling air. The rack is secured to the rod of the sleeve valve gate and is shifted with respect to the axis of the gear by a value of the radius of the dividing circumference of the gear. The device is provided with power rods mounted in the plane of the gear, inner shield arranged in the central chamber, and outer shield arranged inside the housing.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and improved design.
