FIELD: valves industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve manufacturing and is intended to regulate the flow of high-temperature gases in test benches of aircraft engines, as well as in other industries. Body of the device is made detachable, consisting of two parts – front and rear, containing the appropriate cooling jacket. Throttle body is made in the form of a hub located in the front of the hull with radially located hollow cooled columns and a movable disk disposed in the rear of the body behind the stationary disk downstream and coaxial with the fixed disk and mounted with the possibility of axial rotation relatively to the fixed disk. Movable disk is fixed to the cooled axle in the hub by means of a thrust bearing pressed against the hub by means of a spherical liner. Device is equipped with cone-shaped fairings, fixed respectively on the hub and on the movable disk, and thermal protective screens installed on the inner surface of the body parts, columns and hub, along the circumference of the movable disk and on the outside of the fairings.

EFFECT: device provides expansion of functional possibilities due to maintenance of working capacity at conditional pass up to 1,000 mm, temperatures up to 1,000 °C and a pressure of more than 50 kG/cm2.
