SUBSTANCE: device comprises vessel mounted inside a protecting casing, vessel lid provided with pillars and plug for the vessel, which is connected with the lifting mechanism through a flexible link and provided with rods and traverse secured to the protecting casing. The openings for the rods are made in the cover interposed between the traverse and protecting casing. The device has rippers of sediments and compression spring interposed between the traverse and cover. The rippers are made of tension springs, the one ends of which are interconnected, and belt, whose outer side is provided with scrappers for ripping the sediments. The device is also provided with rollers, which are secured to the bottom face of the protecting casing and embraced with the belt. The second ends of the tension spring and the belt are secured to the cover.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of sampling.
