DISINFECTOR TRUCK Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: mobile veterinary and sanitation plants.

SUBSTANCE: proposed disinfector plant contains truck chassis 1 with disinfecting and sanitary equipment mounted on frame 2 and including tank 3, working solution heater 8, reservoirs for keeping concentrated (mother) solution, intake hose, dispensing hoses and set of replaceable nozzles and sprayers. Pump 19, hand pump 42 for pumping concentrated solution and tank 4 connected with tank 3 are also mounted on frame. Bottom of tank 4 has branch pipe with valve to evacuate nondissolved chemicals and mechanical inclusions and for draining. Lower and upper parts of tank 4 are furnished with two pipelines, to take working solution from lower part and heated working solution from upper part. Dispensing hoses in traveling position are wound on drum 33. Some nozzles and sprayers are made stationary. Nozzles located under front bumper of chassis and stationary sprayers to form aerosols are secured in lower part of rear wall of tank 3, being connected by pipeline through valve with pressure part of pump.

EFFECT: improved performance characteristics, enlarged operating capabilities.
