MOBILE STEAM PLANT Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: gas and oil producing industry; manufacture of specialized technological equipment for servicing oil fields; micro boiler rooms for settlements of shift teams and oilmen; industrial objects and technological processes in farming. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is provided with power package including steam boiler equipment with low-pressure burner with nozzle set and swirlers for tangential helical of fuel and atomizer; it is also provided with additional electric motor kinematically linked with unit of positive-displacement hydraulic drive connected to hydraulic units of plant to control capacity of plant and to change pressure and temperature in wide ranges. Water tank for cooling used oil before supply of it to reservoir is provided with spiral coil; inner surface of this tank is provided with anticorrosive coat; water-and-fuel system includes heater for maintenance of water and fuel temperature at working level at idle time. Proposed mobile plant may mounted on ground as stationary unit and on any truck. EFFECT: reduced consumption of fuel required for generation of steam due to use of low-pressure burner; enhanced mobility and operational reliability increased service life; facilitated control due to automation; low cost of plant. 6 cl, 8 dwg
