FIELD: treatment of metal surfaces.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to treatment of metal surfaces, in particular, to phosphatization and may be used for protection of metals against corrosion in any branch of engineering industry and instrument-making industry at realization of painting activities. The solution contains a phosphorous-containing compound, an oxidizing agent neutralizing the component and water at pH 3.0-4.2. At that in the capacity of the phosphorous-containing component the solution contains orthophosphoric acid, in the capacity of the oxidizing agent - at least one compound from the line: nitrite, chlorate, nitrate, molybdate of an alkali metal. In the capacity of the neutralizing component - at least one compound from the line: carbonate and-or hydroxide of an alkaline metal or an alkali-earth metal at a ratio of phosphorous-containing compound (in terms of P2O5), the oxidizing agent and the neutralizing component accordingly (1.2-3.1): (1, 2-3.0): (1). The method provides for application of the above-indicated solution at pH 3.0-4.2 within 2-3 minutes, at the temperature of the solution - 20±2°C, pressure - 0.8-2,5 atm. The technical result of the invention is improvement of operational characteristics of the lacquer coatings, increased service life of the lacquer coatings, reduction of time of the multistage process of treatment of a metal surface, decreased power input, use of available domestic raw materials for phosphatization.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of operational characteristics of the lacquer coatings, increased their service life, reduced time of the multistage process treatment of a metal surface, decreased power input, use of domestic raw materials for phosphatization.
