FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises filling the pipeline to be cleaned with fluid, generating shock waves in the fluid by supplying high-pressure pulses of compressed air, and discharging the contaminated fluid. Before filling the pipeline with the fluid, its inner walls are sprayed with a cleaning reagent by the action of the shock pulses of compressed air of 8-12 atm in pressure and 0.1-1.0 s long. The cover is allowed to stand for several hours depending on the extent of contamination. The device comprises source of compressed air made for permitting control of pressure and connected with the pressure gauge and air vessel, air-operated valve with a controllable air pulse duration whose outlet is connected with a means for connecting the fluid with the member of the heating system or pipeline to be cleaned and drain, and vessel for cleaning reagent whose one inlet is connected with the outlet of the air-operated valve, the second input is connected with the source of the cleaning reagent, and outlet is connected with the means for connecting the cleaning reagent to the member of the heating system or pipeline to be cleaned.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of cleaning.
