SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering and can be used for cleaning heat exchangers of water recycling systems for industrial enterprises and thermal power plants. In a device for pulse cleaning of heat exchange surfaces, containing a group of heat exchangers arranged in series and combined into a closed circuit, a cooler with a collection tank, a check valve and a circulation pump with suction and discharge pipelines, as well as a bypass pipeline with a sealed container connected to it, connected by an inlet through the second check valve with a discharge pipeline, and the outlet is connected to the suction pipeline by means of a valve, the sealed container is made in the form of a hydraulic accumulator, the design contains a second hydraulic accumulator, a three-way valve for switching modes and an impact unit, a three-way valve for switching modes is installed in the discharge pipeline and connected to the inlet bypass pipeline, the second hydraulic accumulator is connected to the discharge pipeline between the three-way valve for switching modes and the circulation pump, and the shock assembly is connected to the input the inlet of the second check valve and the outlet is connected to the inlet of the heat exchangers.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of cleaning heat exchange surfaces while simplifying the design.
