FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: charge K (C) is performed by direct current iD which does not allow recognition of state of charge before discharge. Hence it is impossible to make any conclusions concerning currents in block 1 of data processing during performing protection-relevant computer operations. In preferable variant of device power source 3 of direct current is formed by circuit of mirroring of current, and via comparator 2 voltage at support K (C) is compared to standard of forbidden voltage band.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
