FIELD: communication and surveillance systems.
SUBSTANCE: in said system each object has address in inter-network and has interface for connection to said network through wireless communication device, through which sensors and/or execution devices meant for observation and/or effect on separate parts, nodes or systems of object and /or on operation mode of object are connected to interface, which allows to establish a communication between observation station and each object through inter-network, to estimate state of separate parts, nodes or systems of object by sensors and/or effecting them with manipulating means.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
