Disclosed is a content syndication control method, comprising: generating syndication content by the office application program, adapted for execution by a client computer, wherein the office application program being one of the group consisting of: word processing application, spreadsheet application program, presentation application program, email application program and graphical application program, wherein the syndication content comprising an electronic document created by the office application program; receiving syndication control parameters to control syndication operations, wherein syndication control parameters being based on input from a content producer using the office application program; receiving a control directive to initiate the syndication through the office application program and syndicating the syndication content to from the office application program, to form a syndication resource accessible from the content delivery platform over a network using a syndication referent, representing a link to the syndication resource accessible from the content delivery platform.

EFFECT: technical result is the content syndication control.
