SUBSTANCE: device according to the first embodiment has flexible base and needles, each having thickening at one end and sharp tip at the other end. The needles are fixed with their thickenings in the base. The base has two layers connected to each other in plasticized state with following integral whole structure being formed when hardening. Needles are pressed into the structure to provide their position stability when bending base and applying loads. The second embodiment has flexible base and needles, each having thickening at one end and sharp tip at the other end. The needles are fixed with their thickenings in the base. The base is manufactured as hollow cylindrical roller having two layers connected to each other in plasticized state with following integral whole structure being formed when hardening. Needles are pressed into the structure to provide their position stability when bending base and applying loads. The cylindrical roller is fixed on at least one shell rotatable on an axis or fixed on a shaft.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in purifying biological fluid without additional reagents being applied.
