FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has flexible base having one or two layers connected to each other in plasticized condition, with uniform one-piece structure being formed in hardening. The base has convex parts having central openings. The convex parts are separately located on lines intersecting in different directions or being parallel to base lines. Metal needles with thickenings are placed and fixed in the central openings of base convex parts, with needle sharp ends protruding above the base. They are located in the base so that needles of different metals and/or their alloys alternate along each base line of convex parts distribution. Thus the base additionally has holder manufactured as tape or cord having fastening members on their ends, and at least one through hole is available in base body, allowing the holder to be introduced. The hole is arranged in parallel and/or in perpendicular and/or at an angle to working surface plane. The base is optionally shaped as petal with the petals having various radiuses of curvature. The holes are located between petals, on petal ends in base body in this case. The holes are arranged in parallel and/or in perpendicular and/or at an angle to base working surface, allowing the holder to be introduced into them.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved skin surface stimulation.
