FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out intraoperational treatment of the abdominal cavity. The treatment is done by applying defocused inert argon gas plasma flow. Current intensity is equal to 20 A, arc voltage is equal to 30 V, excessive gas pressure is equal to 0.2-0.25 kg/cm and exposure time is equal to 10 min. Plasma flow is delivered to the abdominal cavity via trocar.
EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; reduced risk of purulent complications.
